The Easiest Way to Know What You Need (Without Overthinking)
Your body is wise.

Ask your body what it needs. Then trust the first whisper.
Here’s the practice:
Pause for 30 seconds.
Put one hand on your heart.
The other on your belly or womb space.
Take a deep breath and ask:
What do you need right now?
Don’t overanalyze. Don’t second-guess.
Whatever comes up—honor it.
Maybe it says: water.
Maybe it says: silence.
Maybe it says: movement, space, sunlight, music, a nap, a snack, a scream, a no.
Whatever it is, give yourself permission to listen.
